Takeru IGARASHI
Takeru Igarashi, also known as Cyborg 009, was born in Japan in the year 1965. He was a normal child until he was kidnapped by the evil organization Black Ghost and turned into a cyborg. The organization experimented on him and the eight other cyborgs, giving them unique abilities and powers. Takeru was given the ability to control electricity, making him a powerful asset to the group.
